Ningde Dayu Precision Casting Co.,LTD locate in Shouning Wuqu industrial zone, covering 40000 square meters & 30000 square meters' building-area. It is cooperated with Japan company, which offer us the technical supports.
The main equipments in our foundry: self-hardening sand reclamation and regeneration line, FURAN mixer, AMF-2-05Z auto sculpting line, 6 medium-frequency furnaces, cupola(5 tons/H), shot blast machine in frame, CNC numerical control machine, hot core shooter etc.
Our main products are gray casting iron, ductile cast iron stainless steel and aluminium casting. The castings weight is up to 1500kgs: annual production capability is 12000tons.
Total 260 people, monthly capacity are 1000 tons. The process include Green Sand System, Resin Sand System, AMF production system..
The products are applied to water pumps, electric motors, hydraulic system and automobile. Our products are exported to Germany, USA and Japan.
